  • GRABMAID reserves the right to reject any Deep Cleaning job located at hazardous, risky and unprotected area which will jeopardise the safety of our workers.
  • We encourage user/buyer to provide us with pictures/video of the items (sofa / mattress / carpet roll / chair / car cushion) that you need to have deep cleaning. GRABMAID reserves the right to reject any purchased order if the purchased item(s) for service does not match with photos or item description or it doesn't match with accurate measurement/size. The Full Refund process will take place and the amount will be refunded to the customer if the service items purchased is unmatched, and we seek for your kind understanding in advance.

Kindly Take Note On The Deep Cleaning Processes for Carpet Cleaning and Upholstery Cleaning Services:-

  • Please ensure the property / premise is supplied with power electricity and water supplies as all on-site carpet cleaning or deep cleaning for upholstery items required both electricity & water supplies to handle the machine and equipment.
  • Our Technician would advise the customer the additional cost should there be required special care-handling (especially silk or handmade upholstery item) to conduct the deep cleaning service for Carpet, Mattress, Sofa, or other Upholstery Items.
  • Our Technician would inform the property owner in advance should there be required the Variation Order (VO), in the event the purchased booking order is not tally with the on-site measurement of Carpet Size, Mattress, Sofa, or other Upholstery Items.
  • Extra surcharge may be imposed or we will refund back to you if the actual measurement / upholstery item is different from the purchased booking.
  • We do not accept any items (carpet floor / carpet roll / mattress / sofa / chairs / car seat cushion / baby accessories and all other upholstery items) that affected by flood or stains such as animal poop, slime, blood, paint, coffee, red wine / juice, chew gum, permanent marker, colour pencils, inks, oils, food spillage, chocolate etc, as the deep cleaning process in the abovementioned situation may need more time and specific tools and chemical to handle.
  • The deep cleaning process may kill the Dust Mites (but not Bedbugs), and to get rid of the Bedbugs, you may need to hire the service of Pest Control Technician to apply the chemical (pyrethrins, pyrethroids, desiccants or biochemicals) to kill the Bedbugs.

  • [Cancellation] Any purchased booking session is only allowed to be cancelled/ rescheduled 3 Days (72 Hours) in advance and only 70% of the payment will be refunded/credited as Grabmaid Coin and the user can use the Coin for next booking purchase. Notice given less 3 Days (72 Hours) is not accepted and the booking session would be considered to have forfeited and the paid amount of deposit is considered to have forfeited too.
